Patients ages 3 and up with a diagnosis of developmental delay, ADD/ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, etc. With or without sensory dysfunction. Difficulty in school, reading, comprehension and writing.
Goal/Result
Week 1-3:
Patient’s needs are identified and addressed through various physical activities.
Week 4-6:
Patient introduced to seated activities in small doses in addition to ongoing physical activities.
Week 7-9:
Focus of therapy sessions shifts to fine motor activities while seated following physical activity.
Week 10-12:
Focus on academic skills, such as reading, writing, and cutting in addition to physical activities.
